I walked in and ordered 5 items at 1 pm. I was told it would be 20 minutes. I went and sat in my car until 1:25, when I approached the bar to pay. After sitting there for a minute, I paid my bill and two food boxes were put in front of me. After being ignored for another couple minutes, I asked about the rest of my food. Nobody could seem to find it for ten minutes. Apparently two pizzas were sitting by the pizza oven, a box of mozzarella sticks was alone somewhere in the back and my pretzel and sandwich say on the bar, getting cold. I didn’t leave with my food until 1:35. Completely disorganized.
The food: aside from being cold, it was ok. My roast beef sandwich was great, but cold. Could use some horseradish. And cheddar. (They didn’t even have cheddar to substitute). The margarita pizza was good. But cold. I can tell they’d be phenomenal if they were fresh and hot. A real shame. The margarita pizza is more of a caprese pizza but whatever. My giant pretzel was good, but cold (kind of a theme here) and the “beer cheese” was just nacho cheese. I don’t mind nacho cheese, just tell me the truth.
The restaurant and bar are set up well, kind of a sports bar/ pizza parlor with a large bar. It was very crowded (Sunday football) but there was a lot of staff. Unfortunately they couldn’t find my food, but a lot of staff nonetheless.
I might try Brick and Brew again, if they could get me some...
Read moreNew-ish to area and while exploring new dining establishments, we heard this place is worth a visit.
Late afternoon visit and Mariah was our server. She is fantastic with a great sense of humor and never missed a beat.
Ok so, Known for their pizza, so naturally we opted against it and took a different path. Smart? Maybe, maybe not.
Anyway, opened with a Blueberry Moscow Mule and I of course had a Bloody Mary. Both were very good with a minor exception. The garnish on my BM was a bit light, see pic. Nothing wrong with it, just very light and even the celery was 2 small cuts and only 1olive? The drink itself however was fantastic as well as the Blueberry Moscow Mule. My wife loved it.
Pretzel stix with beer cheese and spicy mustard was our appetizer. These were great. No complaints.
Entrées include a Caprese Salad and a Caprese Burger with a side of Cajun fries.
Both entrées were very good and those Cajun fries were outstanding.
This place has plenty of indoor seating and several tables outdoors in a gated area right on the main drag but tucked away so you're not watching the traffic.
We sat in a booth close to a fairly large bar next to a brick oven.
The place was clean and very welcoming and we will be back, but next time it'll be...
Read more#FirstTimers Absolutely amazed Staff was ONPOINT #HAILEY shows such commitment and compassion for her customers. She truly goes above and beyond. Not just for us, but I saw that with all of her tables. Genuine passion for what she does. FOOD: Everything was phenomenal!!! Delightful and delicious French onion soup. I can't say enough about this soup! It can really define an establishment. This soup certainly does here. Exquisite, tasteful, simple, yet elegant. Nothing over the top, which makes it that much more pleasant. Onion rings- these are so tender and crispy, soft. Juicy, add their special sauce? You have 'wear it on a flip flop sauce! Greens: unique, smart, sublime, with a sought kick!! Loved them! And the bread paired with them? So soft...oh my goodness!! Capone pizza: delightful. Mild taste, delicious. One drawback- a bit too oily? Not sure if that is intentional? Still soooo good!!! The oil did not detract from flavor at all!! MANGO MARTINI: superbly created! Barely taste the vodka. Beautiful. I don't drink but today was my birthday. I splurged. So happy I chose to do so. One drink. Best drink! Thank you #BrickAndBrew! We will be returning Highly recommend this little north...
