On December 3, my three children (4.5,3.5 and newborn) and I went to the catch air in Nanuet. My middle child was heard screaming and crying but couldn’t go into the play area as my newborn was sleeping in her car seat. When I looked up there was a girl (5or 6) pushing and hitting my son. She pushed him down the slide and followed him. I spoke to his mother but also wanted to bring it to staff. His back was full of scratches and welts from this child. I was told there was ZERO bullying policy and that they would speak to the family. The two managers on duty, Stephanie and Lateesha spoke to the general manager. They apologized, gave my son a lollipop and THEY offered to me passes for another visit being that I decided to remove my kids from the situation. Being that they weren’t asked to leave even with a zero bullying policy. Seems like a ridiculous policy. I asked before leaving for the general manager to call me and left my Information. I never received an email or call. I called and asked again to speak to the general manager the next day. Stephanie answered. She apologized again and said she expressed her concern for my son and the marks left on him and said she did everything she could do in her position. I left my information again. Still no call. Called again several days later and spoke to Lateesha. (Also a manager) She was shocked this wasn’t settled and dealt with and that I hadn’t received a call Or passes. She told me to “sit by my phone she’d call me right back” surprise surprise, no call back! Now every time I’ve tried to call since no one answers. This is unacceptable. Zero tolerance means zero tolerance. Why no phone call back. I was offered passes. I didn’t ask for them… terrible! Now, although the place is super cool, and I would love to bring my kids back the policy and lack of enforcement with rules to be followed is absolutely...
Read moreWe had our kids’ birthday party there when they first opened and loved it/ had a wonderful experience! Took the kids back yesterday. The good: it is clean (often saw employees cleaning during the time I spend there ) and although we went on a Saturday when it’s more crowded than usual it didn’t feel overwhelming as most of the kids were there for birthday parties and the the crowds ebbed and flowed based on that schedule…my 8 year old were entertained enough that they didn’t want to leave after almost 2 hours spent there. It’s not a bad value for your money considering there is no time limit so you can stay as long as you want/your kids will allow. The only negative for me was that some of the features that were available over a year ago no longer are available, some games/ game tables have been broken or are no longer functional but hopefully that is just a temporary situation and they’ll be fixed and available again in the future for the little ones. My kids still had a blast and would...
Read moreI have never been so disappointed at the staff or party host or whoever is responsible for booking parties. Earlier today, a family member had a party booked today at 4 pm for her daughters 5th birthday. As soon as she starts preparing the room, one of the staffs told us that the room was already reserved for another family and that we couldn’t set up until they were done. She has booked this room MONTHS in advance and paid it in full and we showed them the receipts and confirmation that we reserved the room for TODAY at 4 pm. They double booked us and there were no other rooms left for us to set up until the other party were finished. At least Stephanie tried to to help but it was too late. Families were separated, we didn’t know where to put our party supplies, we didn’t get no information as to when the room will be available, and prior to booking the date, the lady didn’t give us enough info on what the party package includes. Very, very disappointed. What a...
