My son had a Friday off from school. A couple weeks before hand, the school sent a flyer home saying if we wanted something fun to do, there would be 3 hours of fun from 11:00am-2:00pm. There would be games, pizza, and a goodie bag. All for $35. Considering the usual price is double that for just 2 hours of just playing, we were obviously going to go. My only issue was that we got there a half hour late and even though they gave us an unlimited game card, my son wanted to play on other things and check the place out first before playing in the arcade area. Which he only got to play in there for about 20 minutes before they called for pizza. HOWEVER, they turned off the cards when there was still an hour left of what the parents paid for. I'm not sure why they thought it was going to take an hour for the kids to eat 2 small slices of pizza and a small circle brownie, and look inside a goodie bag. A LOT of parents were really upset. I have to admit, I was one of them. However, the kids could still play in the other areas where the card was not needed. This did give my son the chance to find his friend and got to pay with him for the rest of the time. LoL, we were actually the last ones to leave, I think, bc my son didn't want to leave and I was joking around with the staff. My son is on the spectrum, and they were really nice about how our time was up and even offered to take pictures of me and him on the Dino car up front. But in the end, it was a pair of blue binoculars that finally got us out of there. The staff were all very nice, organized, and handled the mob of parents amazingly 👏 Even I had a great time, especially when I was playing against my son in the arcade. Which OMG, how could I forget to mention, has the coolest air hockey table we've ever played on..... They also have bowling, miniature golf, computer games, and virtual reality games; but we did not go on those..... They also have a Parents "bar" if you're able to let your...
Read moreIt was our first and last visit here! Horrible horrible attitude from the employees and the managers. I do not recommend this place to anyone. my son left sad, he didn’t get to play with anything. So unprofessional. They don’t know how to be nice to kids.
Update… That’s not true, I didn’t ask for my other 2 kids to play, another mom told me my daughter can play then I came to the front desk and asked then you said no she can’t then I said ok never mind, but what you did was so rude and so unprofessional you were pointing at me to the mom and telling stuff that was not true, And any way my son who was invited didn’t get to play because you and your crew didn’t give us the card when we arrived, I asked you how he can play you didn’t even mention the card and we were walking around trying to use the games but nothing was working finally a young male employee which he was the only nice person told us you need the card when he saw my son with the bracelet and he can play with everything then I came to the front desk again around 2pm and I told you, you guys didn’t give us the card and what you said was even more unprofessional instead of apologizing you said the party is almost over but we can give you one and after you gave it to us we turned on the first game then my son had to go to the party and while the game was on I told my daughter to finish it but what happened! all of you ganged up around us and told us she can’t play for him! You know if you guys were nice and do your job maybe my son or my daughter Would ask me to book for their birthday there but instead my 7 years old son and my 10 years old daughter told me we don’t want to go there ever again so when you hear that from Little kids you know how much...
Read moreI recently attended my nephew’s birthday party at Little Kings and Queens, and while the facility itself is beautifully designed and full of fun activities for kids, the experience was completely overshadowed by the staff’s lack of hospitality and extreme rule enforcement.
The teenage employees in the party room were incredibly rigid and unaccommodating, denying every request from both the hosts and guests—no matter how small or reasonable. Adult guests were reprimanded multiple times, including for something as trivial as giving three children a single adult pizza slice instead of three child-sized slices. A pregnant woman was refused a bottle of water because it was “reserved for the children,” and an adult male was publicly called out over the microphone for sitting at the children’s table, even though he was simply feeding his three toddler daughters. Every attempt to make small, logical accommodations was shut down without any flexibility or understanding.
The way the staff spoke to paying customers was shocking, and their strict, almost militant approach to enforcing excessive rules made the experience stressful rather than enjoyable. While the venue itself is visually impressive, good decor and amenities can only go so far when basic customer service and common courtesy are completely lacking. Until management rethinks how they treat their guests, I wouldn’t recommend hosting...
