Subway — Restaurant in Town of Cortlandt

I never write reviews but i felt after my experience today i had to. I went to this location around 3:30pm and i was standing at the counter for about 10 minutes before someone came out from the back to take my order. Then i see an employee come out from the back with her little daughter, she was running around trying to touch the food and playing with the cash register. As the employee was taking my order she literally said "what else" the whole time. Horrible customer service skills and better management is needed in this location. This place is a joke! Whoever is running it needs to find a new career path because this isn’t it. Sneakily overcharging for things, rude when you ask for something to be made a certain way, refuses to give me my receipt when I asked for it. Today has by far been the worse, lady servicing me spoke little to no English and kept messing up, overcharged me for an extra sandwich which i didn’t even get! Hire English speaking workers instead of your own kind or just get out...

Every time I go it’s an issue from the women having an attitude about putting extra mayo or cutting the Sand which more than once. Today I waited on line for 15 mins and my break isn’t that long when it was my turn finally after their lack of ability to multitask she skips me clearly seeing I was next and starts making the next persons order so I say I was next and she looks at me and continues on.
