First, let me say if not for Dan, the only helpful employee I observed in this store, I would be leaving a one-star review. I went there on Saturday with my 85-year-old Mom, looking to upgrade her iPhone 8, and he was accommodating. He answered our questions immediately and made some suggestions since the iPhone 12 I was going to get for her wasn't available. Saturday night, I decided to go ahead and get her the iPhone 13 because she loves her iPhone and uses it every day and let's face it, at age 85, she deserves to have anything that makes her happy. I ordered the phone online, and when I got the email, I headed over there with her the next day, which was her birthday. Dan was busy helping another customer, so we got a young girl, named Julissa. She was very friendly at first, but when she went to get the phone and returned, her attitude changed when I explained that Mom had an old iCloud account that we couldn't access, and I needed to make sure she could transfer her contacts. At first, she said there was no way. I asked if the AT&T transfer app would help (mind you, I don't have AT&T or an iPhone, so I was trying to help HER). She wasn't sure, and my Mom started worrying and said she should keep her phone. I told Mom not to worry, that we would figure it out, and she wouldn't have to manually re-enter all her numbers as the young girl suggested. I even suggested that we could get Mom a new iPhone FOR FREE if I added her to my Verizon plan if AT&T couldn't help. We ended up creating a new apple ID for Mom, which was fine, and we even managed to save her contacts, which is all she was worried about. When it was done, the young girl handed me the phone. I asked her if the contacts were transferred, and she said yes, and she left. Not another word, no offer to show my 85-year-old Mom any of the phone's new features, didn't ask if we needed anything, just left, disappeared into the back, and left us there. So I sat there for a few minutes, showed my Mom some things, and restored her Facebook account, which she loves to use to keep track of the photos of her grandkids. I realized we needed a charging block and went to find her one but couldn't find anyone to ring it up for me. I finally asked if anyone was available to help and Dan, who was busy with another customer, immediately found someone to help me. The person he got had been sitting nearby looking at his phone and wouldn't have moved otherwise. I was really turned off by the whole experience, except for Dan, who was the only helpful employee in the store. I told my Mom I would never bring her back to this store, and at this point, if she ever needs another phone, I will add her to my Verizon plan because I've always had good service at the Verizon stores. Kudos to Dan for being a polite and hard-working person. Thank you for helping me and my Mom, Doris. As for the rest of the employees, they need to work on their etiquette and customer service. I won't be back there. Maybe you should give Dan a big promotion and get him a staff that he can train to be as helpful as he is, just a thought...

I went to the AT&T store on 7.20.24 because my email was no longer allowing me to able to retrieve my older emails. I sat down with William and I explained the issue with my email ,he looked at me and said” do you have a problem with your service?” I again explained to him the issue and he again asked me the same question and then proceeded to say that he can only help me with my phone service not my email and for me to contact whoever I use for help!” I said to him , you are my phone service and you are not able to help? The answer was “no” and when I asked how do I go about contacting Google he said he doesn’t know!

This is a 20 something young man who was probably born with an IPhone in his hand and I am in my late 50s asking for help and he did nothing and kept asking me the same stupid question about my phone service!!

This may not be the right job for him- Customer Service! He may do better with IT support so that whenever a person calls for whatever issue he can repeat the same line.. please restart your system … Daniel was able to help me and I left a great review for him!!

Daniel truly understands what it means to give great Customer Service!! My daughter said to me “Mom he is not going to care that you posted a review in regard to your engagement with him!! “ I am hoping that Corporate and the store manager care enough who they have representing them and it’s my age group that pays for the family phones . If it wasn’t for Daniel.. I would have driven to Verizon and see what they...

Normally never a problem here. Two weeks ago husband went in, he’s got a Samsung and is due for an upgrade. Was told a promotion lasting “until the end of the month” where he could trade in his current phone and get $1000 off with that trade in for a new phone. The phone he wanted to get was $1100 so he’d only need to pay $100 for the new one. Went in last week with my husband, where this was said again. The lady working there said again, that he’d get $1000 off the phone. I wanted a new iPhone but they don’t have the iPhone 14 Max Pro. We said we will be back next week. No problem. We went back today and now they say the value of the phones change daily (NEVER said this last week OR mentioned 2 weeks ago). Also they said “we just found out today that the promotion that originally ended at the end of the month, now ends today”. Who does that?? I feel like that isn’t really correct. You can’t switch a promotion advertised one way and change the end date suddenly. Also tried to tell us the value of our current phones change daily yet that was never stated the other 2 visits. Tried to say he’d only get $800 off the phone. Makes me want to...
