My experience is always exceptional. When I scheduled appointments for the spa services manicure / pedicure with Cathy are exceptional. I am sorry to say my last recent visit with Cathy was an appointment for a basic manicure / pedicure and I felt my services was rushed. I am always generous with gratuity… 25% or more so I’m sorry that I was rushed on my basic manicure / pedicure. ( I rarely schedule ) I should receive similar quality services with a basic manicure /pedicure as if I was getting the spa services. My reflexology and my 30 minute back massage services are exceptional with Tony. I’ve been having my services since the inception of the business first opened three years ago or more. So hopefully my next visit for basic manicure / pedicure can be just as memorable as my spa services. The male manager is always accommodated and cordial. I look forward to my next services for my basic manicure / pedicure not rushed. I’m sorry I didn’t take the time to write a review of the exceptional services I received for 3 years of Spa...
Read moreI normally don’t write bad reviews, but I wanted to come back to this place after having gone once before and I completely forgot why I never went back…. I had Cathy work on my nails, who completely botched them!!
I am very adamant about not telling somebody how to do their job but I left so unhappy. I had to tell her every step of the way what was wrong with it because there WAS always something wrong with and she had NO attention to detail (a crooked nail, a crooked line for french, which I ended up having to ask her to switch to ombre, the thickness of the nail, the different width of the nails, etc). On top of that, she answered the business phone like three times and spilled white nail polish all over.
After spending $58 on an acrylic fill plus a $12 tip. I feel as though it was an awful job.
I will not be going back and do not recommend this location. I normally would not say that, unless I was completely unhappy as a whole from the entirety of...
Read moreMy teenage daughter (Who for the first time went by herself) asked for a manicure. Her appointment ran really long and they didn’t finish her manicure until two hours later. She didn’t complain, and still gave the manicurist a tip. On her way out of the door, the man behind the register abruptly called her and said “Wait! Did you leave her a tip?” I don’t think I have to explain all the ways that this was inappropriate. My daughter, being an innocent kid, was very eager to assure the gentleman that she did, fearing that he thought she did something wrong. I think it was an extremely poor taste to stop her at the door to press her about tipping. And for that reason, I will make sure she never returns. I will continue to let my friends and family know how you operate as well. Wondering if you do that all of your clients, or if you only have the nerve to do that to young teenagers who are...
