Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Town of Cortlandt

Food is good, counter service can be slow, they seem to have more folks working the drive thru and online orders Also it seems that assembling some of their products can take a long time. I stood in line behind the one person being served for almost 15 minutes while the counter person ran thru all the options on a couple of tray based products. Many employees walked by and didn't offer to jump in to move the kine along. By the time I was offered the option to select my food the line was over 10 people long behind me. Additionally once my food was put together I then had to wait for a cashier to check it out, and that person took care of 2 drive in and 2 web orders before she checked me out. Needless to say my food was bearly warm when I was able to sit down to eat it which I had to do outside as the couple of tables inside that weren't closed were dirty ( not Chipotles fault that the people didn't clean up after themselves) but still. My visit was about 3 pm on a Monday

I'm pretty sure I could've gone back in and had them remake my food, but the line was still long and my time was short

So after all off the above still a good place to eat, not every experience has gone this way, but I'd still go back and try again, everyone is entitled...

Chips are poisonously salty. Went there on 6/27 and there was garbage everywhere. I had the intentions of eating there but when I got there I knew immediately I’d be eating in my car because of how filthy it was. I approached the counter to place my order and did with no issues. When I got to the register I ordered a soda from the machine. He hands me a cup, I paid and walk to the soda machine. No ice. Ok fine, Ice isn’t working I can deal with that. I move my cup to the Coke spot, no coke. Ok fine I’ll settle for lemonade. No lemonade. I try every single spot on the soda machine until I ask the guy at the register “is this machine broken?” Another employee says “yea it’s broken..” I said “ok what should I do?” He said “oh what do you want we have a machine in the back”

Well geez you think the guy at the register would have given me a heads up on it not working! That’s ok though I get it. Besides the soda not working the biggest part of my complaint is the chips. I’ve been to this chipotle twice and both times the chips are inedible. Why do they use so much salt?? What the heck?? Machines break and sometimes things get a little crazy so it’s hard to find a minute to wipe down tables, i get it. But the chips, man! What’s...

Wow, this was the worst dining experience ever. The food server was the most absolutely detestable person ever! I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISRESPECTED.!!. My family was treated so badly that my daughter was practically in tears. He was literally shouting in our face, "What do you want! I don't care, pick whatever you want!" Snapping at us and generally being a rude p.o.s. to paying customers. The food sucked, ice cold. Just like the server. I can go anywhere to eat and promise, I will never again set foot in another Chipotle establishment again. I will never give my money to this company. I am very tempted to call corporate and have a district manager personally meet me and suggest the individual be fired on the spot. Would not give us a name, and not to our surprise, the name was not disclosed on the receipt. I will assume the company is not going to address its blatantly mismanaged store, so I will instead let the public be aware to avoid this place like the plague. My wife felt like she was being attacked for being Asian and possibly because she has an accent. Terrible hostility and psychotic behavior. I hope you hold yourself accountable and...
