I am updating my review for Mattress Firm in Mohegan Lake because of the salesperson Shari Roufberg who helped me yesterday. I decided to give this business a second chance and I’m am very very glad I did, Shari was fantastic!!!!, she is very knowledgeable, patient and really tries to fit you to the perfect bed for your specific needs. I am more than confident everything will go right this time. Thank you so much Shari for making this a much better experience. Go see Shari at Mattress Firm in Mohegan Lake if you’re looking for a Mattress, you won’t be disappointed. The salesman Kevin and the manager Jason are good guys. But the companys delivery service is outsourced and they are horrible. I waited on Saturday during Memorial Day weekend for my mattress and base totaling over $4700. When the delivery crew arrived I helped move my mattress and box spring off the bed, one of the crew looked at my bed frame without measuring and stated nastily ” that’s not going to fit and I’m not here to do double work so once I drop the frame that’s where it stays”. Needless to say I refused delivery and called my salesman Kevin and the manager Jason who tried to work with me but in end unfortunately it did not work out. I feel I should have been offered a better deal initially not after I had lost all patience. Now I have to waste more time looking for a mattress and base. Nothing like...

I bought a mattress in May 2023 for a thousands and Donald said it's top of the line.i was sinking in a month. The worst mattress I had In my 60years.and I called to return it and Donald hung up on me several times I had to go though a nother supiviser.and they gave me a upgrade.and in 3 months same thing.i posted a long review yesterday and they deleted it. That is a crime unless you give them 5 stars 🌟 they deleted you I am reporting them to Google and the police in Courtland tomorrow. This is illegal and Think about it again. My wife and I have been looking at mattresses and trying to figure out what would be best. My wife has had a few back surgeries and I myself have lower back issues. We were confused in what would be best. After months of looking into online, reviews, etc. and still confused as to what we needed. We knew we would be spending money on a quality mattress. We visited mattress firm in cortlandt town center and was helped by Shari, let me say she can answer any and all questions that I had. Never could I imagine the amount of what goes into all these mattresses all of which Shari not only knew but could explain. Never felt pressured, rushed, gave us the same info again on certain mattresses that we went back to.
