Never again! We have been going to Five Guys since they opened. Tonight, we got a DoorDash order that was wrong. The receipt on the bag was right, the order was wrong. I have food allergies so this is important. DoorDash refunded us but we called the store. We thought it was important they know. Mistakes happen. But if I got the wrong order, either someone else got mine, or they totally botched my order. The woman on the phone who claimed to be the manager was unprofessional and nasty. We tried to explain the reason for the call. We told her we did not want a refund. We wanted to inform them. She was disinterested, said we could come in on our own for a new order or deal with DoorDash, then hung up on us. We called back, she hung up again, told us to call corporate, and refused to give her name. A customer lost due to inept customer service. Instead of thanking us for letting them know so they can reinforce the importance of food safety, allergies, etc., she was nasty and couldn't have cared less. No problem! We will contact corporate, and I strongly encourage you to get your food elsewhere. They obviously are disinterested in customer satisfaction or basic food handling protocol. As I said, mistakes happen. It's how they handled it...

Haven't been to a Five Guys in many years, especially since the last few times (at other locations), things were lacking in several areas - so much so that it turned me off to the brand in general. Came here for the hell of it since I was right in the area and just eating the fries to get to my burgers in the bag reminded me of what I was missing. And yes, those fries are STILL awesome.
The one who took my order was friendly.
Everything is made fresh to order and you can see their process while you wait.
Bacon cheeseburgers were just as good as the fries. Filling and delicious all around.
Inside was clean - even the drinks area was clean, which is rare since the general public tends to mess it up in most other businesses. There was plenty of seating.
Located in the Cortlandt Town Center shopping plaza, there's no shortage of parking - just use caution (and patience) while navigating the lot since there are a lot of bad drivers who come to the Center.
This location has renewed my taste for Five Guys again, so I'm sure I will...
Read moreThis Five Guys has an above average wait time (there are free peanuts to help you pass the time), medium level prices, good service and a great environment/atmosphere. The food is absolutely fantastic, yet very greasy - although if you like greasy food, that may be a good thing.
There is a warning I must give you - the amount of fries they give you is tremendous. A small is enough for 1-2 people, a medium is enough for a family of 3-4 people, and a large is enough for a small social gathering of 5-6 people.
Overall, this Five Guys is one tier above a traditional fast food place. If you're willing to spend a little extra time and money here, you'll get an experience that surpasses anything you could ever get from the McDonald's, Burger King, Smashburger and Wendy's that are all in...
