Joe Fix Its — Attraction in Town of Goshen

I'm am a newbie getting into cycling. I researched bikes and equipment for months. I spoke to a few shops and I narrowed down the bike i wanted but had a budget. I called 3 places and I spoke with Shaun @ Joe fix its. Shaun was great to deal with, the price was amazing putting me where I needed to be. I left a deposit over the phone and a few hours later I got a text from Shaun with a pic of the bike assembled and waiting for me. A few days later I went to pick up the bike. Shaun was very thorough and patient. He set my bike up on the trainer and adjusted the bike to my body. I picked up a pair of shoes and some other goodies. Overall, I highly recommend this shop. I returned a few days later with some friends and they all remembered me. I plan on doing business with them in the future. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I love this place! I've been using this shop for many years and have never been disappointed. Even when they are crazy busy Sean finds the time to have my bike looked at and answer any questions that I might have. I recently visited the shop to talk to Sean about a problem I was having with the rise on my handlebars and positioning on my mountain bike. He made one super quick small adjustment that made all the difference for me. I also recently had questions about a women's Specialized saddle and not only did Sean answer all of my questions about the product, I was able to demo the saddle before committing to the purchase.
