Gamestop used to be the place to go if you wanted anything to do with video games or accessories. Not anymore. Their selection is small, the staff at 2 separate locations was rude and seemed uninterested in helping and when I went there to buy a pre-owned ps4 controller for my son all they had was a few used controllers for the same price I can go to Walmart and buy one for NEW. Terrible. One employee I dealt with told me it was because they were competing with online sales/retailers. OK. I get that. But then maybe you should do something to bring people in not act in a way that makes them not want to come back. I've been a lifelong Gamestop customer.... Until now. I could see them on the shelves but it seemed beyond the staffs abilities to take them down, hands them to me, and accept full cash payment for their products
I even attempted to track someone, hoping for a manager and found naught but quazi qualified kids more buzzy with their games or phone calls
I went home and ordered from Amazon quickly for about 20% less than the store wanted.
