GameStop — Attraction in Town of Grand Chute

Gamestop used to be the place to go if you wanted anything to do with video games or accessories. Not anymore. Their selection is small, the staff at 2 separate locations was rude and seemed uninterested in helping and when I went there to buy a pre-owned ps4 controller for my son all they had was a few used controllers for the same price I can go to Walmart and buy one for NEW. Terrible. One employee I dealt with told me it was because they were competing with online sales/retailers. OK. I get that. But then maybe you should do something to bring people in not act in a way that makes them not want to come back. I've been a lifelong Gamestop customer.... Until now. Sorry guys but I'll be taking my business elsewhere. You lost...

Doesn't seem open. What people I could guess were employees seemed to actively be hiding from the customers. I wanted to get the 100$ Back 4 Blood ultra combo and 2 new controllers. I could see them on the shelves but it seemed beyond the staffs abilities to take them down, hands them to me, and accept full cash payment for their products

I even attempted to track someone, hoping for a manager and found naught but quazi qualified kids more buzzy with their games or phone calls

I went home and ordered from Amazon quickly for about 20% less than the store wanted.

Game stop is okay,its really over priced and the taxes put on items are insane, for example; I went to buy a wireless xbox 1 controller for about $58 and with taxes it was about $63-$64. And I understand that they have to put taxes and they add their own fees to make money, but your better off going to somewhere else to buy a controller, but used games are decently priced, and some older games are still expensive but otherwise its a decent...
