Rocky Rococo Pizza and Pasta — Restaurant in Town of Grand Chute

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The customer service was absolutely awful, one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. There seemed to be only one person actually working, while one guy stood talking to some young girls at the side, one girl sat on the floor in regular clothes charging her phone and another girl came to visit with her wearing a little white tank top with a visible sportsbra, who I’m guessing was supposed to be working there because she was also wearing a red apron. (Health code violation?) Maybe its the fact that they all were all teenagers and there wasn’t a single actual adult to keep things in check... overall it was a total disaster and we won’t be back. I would HIGHLY recommend hiring some adults to make this a professional establishment and keep these kids on track.

Update-Got a call from the owner and an apology. He said they just purchased the store and are working very hard to turn things around. I wish them the best and hope that they are successful move forward. Terrible service. I place an order at noon for a team dinner of 45 people. 5 min before the order was supposed to be picked up they called me and said they could not fulfill my order. I was give 10 excuses and not a solution. I was informed they used the dough that was set aside for us. They obviously were not prepared for an order placed 7hrs early or how to plan for this. I am beyond upset that I was forced to scramble and find a fix ob my own. Will never order...

When I walked into the fox river mall, on a Sunday afternoon, I got a whiff of greatness coming from this corner pizza place called "Rocky Rococos." My feet left the ground as I started to levitate towards the scent and once I got to the counter I was greeted by beautiful smiles of the amazing employees. I ordered a super combo the sausage and pepperoni slice with breadsticks and a root beer and it was ever so heavenly!! I left a $50 tip because of how amazing this establishment is and how amazing the people were:) I would 110% recommend everything on the menu it's so delightful and scrum-diddly-umpcious!! P.s. super cute dude with curly hair and highlights...
