Panda Express — Restaurant in Town of Grand Chute

if all possible avoid this particular Panda Express . Just a few weeks ago I ordered an online order got to the location at 11:15 AM when my order was supposed to be done. And did not leave until roughly 12 PM with orders incorrect. Food cold sitting and waiting. Nothing was made at 11:15 AM. I understand there’s a shortage out there with employees recently but they had plenty of people to work the front and someone cooking in the back. I personally complain to the one 800 number but never heard anything back as I stated I wanted to hear a kiss from management. This is the last time you get my $$. We waited in line for a while, no big deal like being the Friday lunch rush. My daughter likes your fried rice and I also wanted a bowl with orange chicken. As usual the poor staffing you employ cannot keep up with nor request food to be prepared a head of time. The lady in front of me was waiting for chicken and broccoli. Her child ordered orange chicken and chow mein. You gave her food away to the people after her so when the chicken and broccoli was up her daughter didn't have any food. Working at the mall, I frequent panda a lot, usually around 2 to 3 times a week. don’t get me wrong. I love their food, but the customer service is downright horrible. I have been lied to about wait times, ignored, and downright treated horrible. Working in sales myself I know how important it is to have good customer service and treat how to your customers well, and this Panda Express simply does not. Some workers are super friendly and even give me a discount for working at the mall but the two worst ones are Belen and the manager.
