First time eating here.
Food: I learned that vegetables count as an entree. The only sides are rice and lo mein noodles. Lo mein noodles is a Chinese dish, and that's not a Thai dish.
-Vegetables are salty. I prefer less salty food in general. I need water to wash my mouth. -Curry chicken tastes like Singapore mei fun sauce, and salty. -Spicy BBQ chicken tastes just as it is, spicy BBQ and salty. Fried rice is mushy.
Service: They allowed me to sample some food, which is nice since it was my first time here. Service was fast from selecting food to checking out.
Improvement suggestions: Offer more Thai dishes. The food remind me of Panda Express. I would like to see more herbs and spice food, or have spice on the side. Examples I would suggest are red curry, green curry, larb, pad thai, pad see ew, etc. Swap out lo mein noodles for a Thai noodle dish instead.
I've worked at a Thai restaurant for 3 years in Appleton, and the food here does not compare to the restaurant. Hopefully I can see changes in the food selections in the...
Read moreI had went a few days ago and can I say how shocked I was about the quality and taste of the mango chicken ?! It was absolutely delicious. I had been passing through the mall thinking about what to have for lunch and a sweet woman was handing out samples for Ruby Thai Kitchen . She was absolutely personable and kind . The samples of the mango chicken were absolutely delicious so it convinced me to get my own plate . Amazing prices , staff & food . This is definitely a place I’d recommend anyone try . I hope it sticks and they continue to stay in business !! I’m not from Appleton but I hope to be able to come back...
