This was a not a positive experience with this store and I donāt often write reviews. I had gone in store looking for mat boards. I found what I need and looked for any coupons before I went to the register. They had a 40% of each regular item, but itās online only. I asked if they would honor it in store and they wonāt, which I understand. I asked them if I could place the order online for store pick up. I could hand the items to them over the counter, so they could fill the order I had placed online AS they were checking out a separate item with the coupons, right then. They told me they could not do that and I leave the store without the items. They offer me 30% off one item or I could open a credit card. They informed me it could up to 2 hours for my items to be ready. I leave to run other errands. About 35 minutes later I get a text the order is now ready for pickup. I go back to the store for the second time within the hour to get my order. At the front, the cashier hands me the wrong items. I clarify this is not what I ordered and double check my receipt. They asked me again if I got something saying the order was ready, as I already explained I got the text and email. A different associate brings my items to the front after a few minutes. Chain stores usually have price adjustment policies to stay competitive and keep loyal customers!
Very poor customer service especially coming from the store manager Jodi. Totally BOGUS promotions. All these emails coming from them are come-on's to get your foot into their doors and once they got the sale done, then you're on your own. Overpriced custom framing fees. Paid $220 for framing then got an email from them the next day that they will give a $50 e-gift for custom framing orders. Called two days later and asked an associate named Sarah who said that on the phone that there should not be any problem getting the promotion applied. Went to the store as I was in the area and the promotion will expire on that day, and the store manager totally said a different thing than what the associate said. She said that she needed to see what coupon I have when I thought that the promotion will be honored. She just dismissed me right off the bat and looked at me like an idiot so I walked away feeling pissed. You'd think that they will improve on their customer service after the data breach but nothing has improved at all!
Stay away from this store! Go to Hobby Lobby! Or find a local...

I was there shopping for some items for both my mother and I and before proceeding to the check out I had stopped to ask an employee if I would be able to use the coupon on both SEPARATE TRANSACTIONS, BOTH WITH THEIR OWN REWARDS ACCOUNTS and she said nope absolutely not. So I didn't argue, instead, I called my mom and she had said to put certain things of hers back that she'd find them elsewhere for either a deal or cheaper price. I go to the cashier ( not the one I spoke to) and there is a woman in front of me, who not joking did about 5 transactions and was most definitely allowed to use the same coupon on each one. I was pretty upset. So I mentioned it when it was my turn and she said oh go ahead and get your mom's stuff again as there are now 4 other customers in line I said no I was just wondering why one said no way and you're wonderful and said you guys have always honored them. So I did not be that Karen and make everyone else wait and just bought my items and went upon my way but just as an official assurance my friend who was in line behind me also most definitely was allowed to use the coupon on both of her transactions.. that girl definitely dropped the customer service ball...
