Went in this past Saturday and the girls working really need to get their eyes checked. I went in and the Spanish girl in the back has a nasty attitude. I gave her paperwork to get new license plates and she looked at weirdly and showed it to the “ manager” that was working there and they said the odometer reading of the mileage looked altered. The Spanish lady said it looks altered and that I have to get a new one, and then walks over to a different customer not even explaining how to go about doing it. I then ask if she can get me a new tittle and how to do it, she replied, here’s the kicker, “are you my mother? Telling me to what to do”. With that response I can tell her actual mother did a poor job with her. Went to the dmv in Bethpage, I got my license plates with no issues. This spot charges a fee for their “services”, 100$ plus than what the dmv would charge, even more with different services. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment at a regular dmv, they don’t take long when you make an appointment and they’re more experienced and less hassle.
Response to your answer: Act like a business and hire people who actually do their job and not insult customers. She had no basis saying that what she said to a customer. I’m stating what was said and the disrespect that was done to a customer, don’t try turn this around on me when you can’t even acknowledge what the worker said, looks bad on your part. Read moreThis place has been my worst nightmare! Bought a motorcycle in early April and unfortunately DMV closed before I could register it. Finally after several weeks of thinking I’ll never get my bike registered I heard about this place. They advertise get registered within 5 days. I went the next day. Short line outside maybe 15 people but after a while noticed it wasn’t moving much. Asked the guy who would come out every once in a while how many people he had working in the office and his response was “a bunch” real sarcastically. I waited on line for about 2 hours when he comes out again and announces its no longer a 5 day wait now it’s 7 days. Ok I thought what can you do better than nothing. Waited another hour and finally got in. Him and 3 girls. He strictly supervising them. One handling dealers another handling all the individuals on line the other doing paperwork. A bunch! Long story short that was a couple of months ago. I still am not registered. The only contact I have with these characters is through e mail and I’ve gotten a variety of telling me I had to be patient to telling me it would be any day to avoiding me altogether. I’m done! Read morei read about car co and recently had the requirement of visiting them and using their services. the building is bright and well marked so i didn't miss it traveling along sunrise highway there is ample parking on the side streets and i found it convenient to park a half block away. there are line markers in the outdoor waiting lines allowing many people to practice social distancing while the office processes other clients needs. i entered and was cordially greeted and ushered to a counter area allowing for the 6 foot rule. they inquired about what i needed and then said that they perform that service (surrendering plates). i was told the fee and told what i would be receiving (the receipt for the insurance company) they were very professional and greeted me as a valued client. upon leaving i reviewed with them what i had received and they assisted me in letting me know what i had to do . i was very satisfied treated quite well and the process demonstrated to me their concern for all the client safety - i will recommend them to those of my friends that require their services and will not hesitate to use them again - it will not only be my first call but my only call for dmv services - to joey capone hats off to you and mille grats (1000...
