One year update... last year I reviewed Curewell just by using them one time. Both me & my husband have since dropped Walgreens, as I said I would in a review of them & we have joined Curewell. AMAZING ppl. When you call, they recognize your voice & know your name. Can you get an app from them to know the status of your prescriptions? No. But you DO get a call from them when your stuff is ready or they will help you instantly when you call! I would rather that personal touch then an app. My only one quip would be, which sometimes all pharmacists do, is ask when you will be getting off a certain medicine without actually knowing your medical history, what disease, injury or illness you have etc. I only say this because my husband was questioned last month. Yes, he gets a pain medication. My husband fell from a bridge while working 4 years ago & has had 5 surgeries to date, & a 6th surgery coming soon. He sees doctors & PT weekly & his fusions are no where near healed. He gets xrays every month & mri's every few months. Before this accident he never even took an aspirin!!!! They wouldn't even have medical records if him prior to 4 years ago lol. Sometimes stuff happens & it's a lengthy recovery. The FOUR doctors he sees all converse together with his PCP, & the meds ONLY come from his PCP as per our request so we make sure it's what he needs. But either way I'm still giving them 5 stars for their service, their customer loyalty & their professionalism. Go with your local small business whenever you can!! They are more then a pharmacy. They have a notary, they make keys, have western union & decent prices on stuff!!
I am giving this 5 stars but have never been. My husband had been in the past. I would love to know HOW I can become a customer based on your reviews. I am tired of getting screwed over...
Read moreCurewell pharmacy is a customer driven pharmacy. I came in and was instantly Greeted as the cashier was still helping another customer. When a staff member takes time to acknowledge the potential customer, they are telling that customer that " you are why they are in the community". It says I see you and you are important to our business.
When it was my turn, I asked for a bottom for the walking cane. She took me over and FITTED the cane for the correct size. She displayed a great quality of patience and customer service. They have a vast variety of assistive devices or adaptive equipment and surgical supplies as well as other items that a drug store would stock.
Here the kicker, after the sale was completed, the cashier asked if I needed a pharmacy for my prescription.
I'm telling you, just when you think one pharmacy is good there is always one that's better.
It's like the good, better, best, you know... The Irregular comparatives and superlatives we were taught in Elementary, my dear Watson. ,😂😂😂😂 I just could not...
