I can’t say enough good things about Knot of This World! The pretzels are simply the best, and the service is outstanding. The lovely girl who usually sells the pretzels at the Ramsey farmers market is super sweet. One day, she even called her mother, who helps make the pretzels, just to confirm there were no ingredients I was allergic to. That level of care is truly commendable!

Ivone is also incredibly friendly and helpful. When I called the shop with questions, she took the time to answer everything thoroughly. Ray, the owner, is equally dedicated to customer service.

If you're looking for delicious pretzels and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to go. The jalapeño cream cheese pretzel is a must to try!!!!...

The pretzel nuggets were tough and not warm, although the honey mustard sauce was excellent, spicy and not too sweet. The woman who helped us was rude and unfocused- sorry we interrupted your phone and socializing. It’s a BOOTH, but when she went to get the sauce, which was less than a foot away, we thought she got lost, she took so long. Probably checking her phone again. At the same stand we purchased a small soft serve vanilla cone- $5- it was not very tasty and had small hard bits in it. Optimistically, my guess is that they use a mix which wasn’t mixed properly. Definitely won’t be...

In their advertisement for the Erie county Fair they said the pretzels were "stuffed with cool cream cheese and hot jalapenos", I paid $14 and they gave me the box with the lid closed, I got to the car opened it up and it was just a pretzel with some globs of cream cheese on the top of it and some cold canned cheap jalapenos!!! No wonder they give it to you in a closed box, if I had seen that I would have given it right back to them and demanded a refund....
