I recently visited the Kohl’s in Oceanside, Long Island, and had a really great experience. The store is huge and offers a ton of variety, from clothes to home decor, kitchen items, and even electronics. I love that I can find everything I need in one place, and they always have great deals going on. Kohl’s Cash is a big plus—it really helps you save even more on already affordable items.
One thing I really want to highlight is how clean and well-maintained this location is. I’ve been to other stores where things feel cluttered or dirty, but this Kohl’s stood out for its cleanliness. The aisles were easy to navigate, and the displays were well-organized. Even in the fitting rooms and restrooms, everything was spotless, which made for a more pleasant shopping experience. I could tell that the staff takes pride in keeping the store looking good, which is something I really appreciate, especially with how busy stores can get.
The clothing sections were also well-organized, and it was easy to find my size without having to dig through messy racks. Everything was folded or hung up nicely, which made it so much faster to shop. The staff was friendly and available when I needed help, and they were always polite and professional.
Checkouts can get a little slow during busy times, but that’s kind of expected anywhere. Overall, I was really impressed with how clean and orderly everything was, and it made the whole shopping trip more enjoyable. If you’re looking for good deals in a clean, organized store, this Kohl’s location is definitely...
Read moreHorrible experience! I went to this specific location because it was closest to me and I needed to do an in store return for an online purchase. During my transaction with the “customer service” department, I felt as if the associate did not want to do anything to assist with my return. She did everything in her power to disregard my request. I had my online purchase order number along with the receipt and the store associate said she cannot process the return because I don’t have the SKU # which is bizarre and then proceeded to rudely tell me that I need to call kohls online and that the wait for the phone call would be long for me not to even bother. I was so shocked at all the negative things coming out of her mouth however I was persistent and stayed in the store and called customer service and then went back to her and provided the much needed sku number. When I did that, she then has the nerve to say she still can’t do it. I was in shock and full of anger at how horrible this associate was. I then asked for a manager but she refuse to call one. Her coworker then assisted me because she refuse to help. She slams my card on the counter and yells at me. How is this even allowed. The issue was resolved in 2 mins with her coworker and I received my refund. I’m writing this review because this should not ever be acceptable. I’m Asian American and she’s Caucasian and the way she treated me was beyond nasty. I will never purchase from Kohls again because of this racial...

So I'm looking for sneakers for my 8 year old and this has turned into such a project lol. I ordered a pair from amazon but they didn't fit, so those got returned. I took my son last night to look for sneakers since online ordering didn't work out. First we were in Freeport, Target had nothing, Sketcher's closed too early, Marshall's and Burlington didn't have much of a selection. So we ended up in Kohl's. I was about to give up at Kohl's. My son can't tie sneakers yet and he was insisting on an aquamarine pair. Close to closing a young sales guy appeared and started to help us. He showed my son different colors similar to aquamarine nothing was a good enough color. Finally he suggested getting a white pair of shoes and painting them with nail polish. I might try acrylic paint. He fitted my son for a white pair of Vans but we couldn't buy them because the registers had already closed. I'm supposed to take my son back on Friday after I get him to Kohl's to actually purchase the shoes. The young salesman's name was Aiden I think. I asked his name because I wanted to mention him in a positive review because he was so helpful when I was ready to give up....
