Malkin Appliances — Attraction in Town of Hempstead

Early last evening I realized my refrigerator was not working! In a panic, I started searching the web! I came back to reality and said I need to support my local businesses! I have purchased from Malkins before and have been so pleased with the above and beyond service and pricing they provide! My son went on to the Malkin page, after hours and asked for availability of models that would work for our space! Robert responded timely and spent several hours searching models and inventory! He found one available, but said the cut off time to get it on the delivery truck from the warehouse was 6:00 pm! When I woke up this morning, my son had received a message from Robert stating he got it on the truck for delivery today! Thank you Robert for going above and beyond! Just an update My refrigerator was delivered by 11:00AM just 12 hours after all of Robert's hard work. The delivery men were awesome and took great care of the new refrigerator and the delivery. I can't recommend a better business. Top notch from...

I don’t think I ever did this before. My refrigerator broke on Saturday morning in the middle of this pandemic. I called Malkin appliances at 11am. Gave them The dimensions of my old refrigerator. Within 15 min they emailed me back with options with prices less than $300 than there competitors and $800 less than Home Depot. They delivered and installed on Monday. Had ice maker hooked up and took out old refrigerator. P.C. Richards only does curb side delivery (understandably so). I never used malkin appliances before - usually just Best Buy or Amazon. I will always be a malkin customer....

I wasn’t sure if this was a Mexican Resturaunt or an Appliance Place. Maybe both. The showroom needs a lot of updating. I went into this store and the sales person was very rude and got annoyed that I was asking questions to see which oven I wanted buy because I wasn’t sure what the differences in each oven were. I don’t think he knew either. I am very disappointed as this place was highly recommend from a friend. I wound up going to PC Richard instead and spending $1800 on a wonderful stove.
