I LIVE IN NEW HYDE PARK EVERYTIME I CALL FOR A TAXI THEY TELL ME THAT I SPIT ON SOME GUY THAT WORKS THERE N IVE NVR DONE THAT THEN I CALLED ANOTHER TIME N THEY TOLD ME I CURSED SOMEONE OUT NONE OF THESE THINGS HAVE HAPPENED SO NOW IM FEELING LIKE ITS A RACE ISSUE I AM AFRICAN AMERICAN LIVING IN A PREDOMINATELY WHITE TOWN AND ABSOLUTELY CANNOT GET A TAXI FRM THEM I ALWAYS HAVE TO CALL AAA THE LADY WHO ANSWER THE PHONE IS ALWAYS RUDE OR DRUNK N I FEEL THAT THIS TAXI STAND SHOULD BE UNDER INVESTIGATION ITS RIDICULOUS HOW THIS LADY...

I spent 4 hours here unintentionally because of track work from 10pm - 2am. First off, allow me to say that I got to know this station extremely well after I missed the train home twice because of being on the wrong side of the tracks. It's a very accessible station and even the sidewalks are accessible in this little Long Island town.
