Sal's Prime Meats — Attraction in Town of Hempstead

I’ve got a lot of respect for this butcher shop. I stumbled on Sal’s during the Covid-19 crisis as it was difficult to find a butcher that didn’t require a 2 day wait for a steak. Normally in the food industry you’d think that lack of high demand would make them inferior to other butchers but that’s far from the case. These guys are the best. I bought a prime rib from them and they hooked it up perfectly.

Trimmed the fat, seasons the roast, then cut the bones off and warped them to the roast for easy serving

And even wrapped it in tin foil.

All I had to do was plope it in the oven and serve.

It was incredible

I even got a bunch of fat scraps for making my own...
