SEPHORA at Kohl's — Attraction in Town of Hempstead

Go to the Sephora in the Oceanside shopping center not this one. Staff will give you looks all day. Then not let you return something when the product is clearly not right. I purchased a glow recipe serum from here and it came super watery like it was sitting there for a long time. I went to return it and the person at the register said i could not return it without a Receipt even though I bought it two days prior and Sephora can look it up through your insider account. Also, they said they remembered me here a couple days ago But did not continue to help and claimed if we don’t have the paper receipt there’s nothing they can do. crazy because every other Sephora store is able to look it up through your phone number and or email. Dont know how this place can hire such unproffessional staff! I am a regular customer at kohls never had an issue as to where the worker follow us and eyeball me and my wife Around! As if we are thieves! This place just hires anybody! Watch out for that short fat mexican worker there with the pink hair that gives nasty Atitudes and follows you around watching your every move.. looks like she just got out of bed and didnt know where anything was when my wife kindly asked her for her asistance. No one came up to me once and asked if I needed help, so I spent 20 mins looking for the products myself as it was my first time in the kohls one. Was so obvious their loss prevention guard was following me around - I don’t think that man is browsing makeup as he pretended to be every time I turned around. Went up to the counter to purchase my items, the employee at the register was just staring at the computer screen.
