Verizon — Attraction in Town of Hempstead

April 26, 2024 BEWARE THIS IS NOT A CORPORATE STORE I just want people to be aware that this store has called. Yelp, to complain about my post. They want it removed, and I received a email from Yelp. Telling me that Verizon called and complained about my review and I have 30 days to remove it And if it's not true, I could GET IN TROUBLE but the thing is every word I said is true, so BEWARE and BE CAREFUL and I would also question all the reviews that are on this store to their validity. Because Isaac wrote a 5 star review, SOMEHOW he got into my Google account. and posted a five star review which I never authorized or gave permission to Isaac to do this? And I would just question all the reviews, even the owner of the store complained about my 1 star review instead of complaining? Why don't you reprimand Isaac for doing what he did and treating me the way he did? All I got were useless excuses. Of why he treated me the way he did

This store is not a corporate store They fraudulently opened a credit card in my name and added an extra phone line to my account they're incompetent and Isaac and jessica are deceptive. Stay away from this store. it took me 3 months to undo all their errors and I went to a corporate store to resolve all of my account issues which included deleting an extra phone line closing a fraudulent credit card and clear up all of the billing errors that were on my account

Isaac somehow posted a 5 star review using my gmail account, he is a snake. I will be pursuing legal action against Isaac

Whatever you do, do not go to this location. Make sure you go to a corporate store.

ATTN Raj S I went in to your store to resolve the issues with my account. and Isaac was arrogant. Incompetent and condescending, he wanted nothing to do with helping me. So I went to cooperate. As an owner, you would want your people to bend over backwards to help customers. Why you have him still working there blows my mind, not to mention that somehow he got into my Gmail account and posted a review which is fraudulent, and it makes you wonder How many reviews for your store we're done by Isaac. This is my first time writing a review for a Verizon Store & I've been with Verizon for many years! I went into the store looking to upgrade my phone. This store is 25 minutes from where I live. I was in the area and just popped in to look around and get some quotes. Mario Clavijo helped me and I just have to write a review after the excellent help that I received! Mario took his time and went through the many options as I wasn't sure what phone I wanted. I never went into a Verizon store and had someone take their time and be so incredibly patient with me and explain everything! Usually when I go into the stores I feel rushed and I don't get a lot of my questions answered because of that. Mario was with me for over 2 hours! He set up my new phone and patiently and enthusiastically explained everything to me and showed me new & interesting apps! I walked out so happy and calm. Everything was done. No hassles! I went to this location, after I had previously cracked my screen cover. I walked in and I was helped by the manager. Let me make that completely clear that he told me he was the manager of the store. He sold me a $32 screen cover. He ended up putting a thin piece of plastic on my phone, when I noticed that it was not a $32 tempered glass cover that I bought, I asked him for the box. He gave it to me. I googled exactly what he had put on my phone and it turned out to be $6.99 piece of thin plastic. He attempted to try to tell me that it was a typical retail markup from $6.99 to $32, that's what normal retail markup was. I said no way. I did not buy it. He eventually completely refunded me my $32, when he realized, I realized he was ripping me off. He did all this in front of another salesman. Pretty despicable of an example for a manager.
