I received great service from a few professional young adults. The young man at the counter even offered to let me try the difference between their fruit bowl main choices BEFORE having me order. The environment I'd laid back. For those who can not sit in high chairs/bar stools, this may not be the place for you to sit in.

Acai Bowls

Acai is an antioxidant packed super fruit native to the amazon rain forest. Here at sobol we blend frozen acai berries, strawberries, bananas and a splash of soy milk to make a thick fruit smoothie. We then parfait the purée between two layers of our homemade granola. The bowl is then topped with blueberries, sliced bananas, strawberries, a sprinkle of coconut and a drizzle of honey. Pitaya Bowls

Our original pitaya bowl contains our homemade granola, pitaya puree and an assortment of mango, kiwi, pineapple, coconut and a drizzle of honey to top it all off. Pitaya is a super fruit native to origins in south america, central america and southeast asia. Also known as "dragon fruit", pitaya is filled with several antioxidants that help boost immuity, body metabloism and smoother digestive system. All bowls are completely customizable and are made-to-order. (Kids, regular, super)
