Unfortunately I have to share my online purchase experience. I bought a crib that was listed in stock before Thanksgiving. The only reason I bought it from here is for that reason. Long story short the item never shipped and it's now nearing Christmas. One week ago I got notified from the main manufacturer that it was available directly from them shipped immediately. As well as available from Amazon shipped immediately. I waited one week beyond that and still not shipped. The store staff seemed friendly but in the end that doesn't constitute listing online items as in stock when they are not. I canceled the order and bought it on Amazon instead. Not to mention the return policy is way better on Amazon as anbbaby website said something along the lines of not returnable if damaged or opened or something. That alone is worth not buying anything. Waste of time and I patiently waited...
   Read morehorrible online ordering experience. ordered a stokke high chair tray and 2 weeks later had not heard anything from the company. emailed them and no one ever responded. I called and the man who answered told me it had already shipped so i could not cancel the order, although i never got a shipping notification. Well, a week later i did get a notification it had finally shipped, so this man clearly lied so that I wouldn't cancel the order. The tray finally came, and I submitted a request for a refund (the return policy is horrible, includes paying $10 for return shipping, plus a 15% restocking fee). The request for refund needs to be "approved" by them, and although the item is still sitting unopened in the box it was shipped in, I am still waiting for the return approval. i would recommend not purchasing from this company, they are sleazy and the customer service...

I knew Nordstrom was having a sale on it but wanted to buy it from here. Anb baby also had the sale and I liked Anb but after she ordered it for me online as the sales associate said to do they cancelled the order because they âare out of stockâ even though they are in stock both online and in stores near me. And when you call online customer service it sends you to a manager in this store who will tell you â that they have no power they just need to tell you to email Anbâ Donât listen to their sales associates about buying things online if they arenât in stock at their store just buy it from a place with better customer service who doesnât lie about being out of stock for sale items and tries to push a full price item on you....
