Workers are really friendly and helpful and the food is delicious! The bagels are fresh, and made in house DAILY at 4am. We went near closing and they tasted like new! The June sandwich with bacon, egg, cheese, and chopped hashbrowns sandwiched in an everything bagel was TO DIE FOR!!!! By the way, they have an espresso machine and will make your typical lattes, the iced latte was perfection! The cream cheese is so good too, they mix the flavors themselves...Will hates HATES cream cheese and he even liked the flavored cream cheeses!!!! His words, "im driving to Wantagh for cream cheese now" (we live in West Islip). Indoor and outdoor seating available, there is plenty of parking between the back and front lots.

The predecessor, L&E, was probably my favorite bagel store in town before it closed, so Bagel corner had big shoes to fill. Went with just a whole wheat and plain bagels for my first time in. The bagels were about as good as you'd find anywhere around here, which is a good thing, but I wouldn't say they stood out much either. The real standout was the service though, the folks behind the counter were incredibly friendly and service was excellent. That alone will have me come back for a second chance. The updated store front looks great and brand new. Parking can be very tight, so if you can't get a good spot in front I'd recommend going around the back and walking the short ways.

Got a everything bagel w/ cream cheese and jelly. Instead got cream cheese and a squirt of jelly. They never pickup the phone and if they do they put you on hold and if you go in and tell them about it she’ll say it was “busy”.

I think they are still working out the kinks with the new business. The layout is very nice and has a new assembly line like feel to it. I have gone a few times now and it seems as though the staff is new and working through things. However, the last time I went I paid $10.70 cash for two bagels and a drink. I'm not complaining about that, but rather I gave the cashier $15.00 and was returned $0.30. I asked about the rest of my change and she swiftly corrected me and stated I gave her $11. It was very rude and I only walked into the store with $15.00 on my person. I was appalled and left. Like I had stated, I think they are working out the kinks. Unfortunately they won't be working out the kinks...
