Love the staff, they treat you well and know more about games than the other gaming stores that I have shopped at in the past.
You always get a friendly conversation about games when they have the time and as a PC gamer I appreciate the fact that many of them are also PC gamers and have a good knowledge of gaming.
Being disabled I like that if there is something on the bottom shelf that I want to look at they never cop an attitude about helping me which is something that happens just about every other place I go and ask for help.

Unfortunately they offered him $18 in Victor NY so he decided not to trade.
