Victoria's Secret & PINK — Attraction in Town of Huntington

If I could give them negative stars, I would! The Walt Whitman Victoria's Secret is the worst store I have ever been to and shopped at by far. The managers there are horrific and the staff who work there are horrible. It's always the same set of ladies over a long period of time. I don't know how many years they have been in there, but I just remember from the day I went in there until now it's same exact set of women. I work nearby, so I stopped in there because of convenience. Otherwise I would have never walked in there. I am only human so when I have an issue, they do not solve it. They actually waste my time from the moment I step into that store. I only have one hour lunch and it's a complete waste. I have to go to another store drive out of my way after I finish work at 7 PM and arrive to the nearest store shortly before 8 PM and they solve it for me at the other store easily. I highly recommend that you do not give businesses to this Walt Whitman Victoria's Secret, store and you avoid them at all possible cost. They don't treat you like a Human they treat you like a robot and they are not nice they will not work with you pleasantly instead give you a hard time. Even if it's the simplest little task they do not work with you they work against you. They are horrible people. I highly recommend that you stay away from that store and shop somewhere else! I never write reviews. This is my first ever review that I write about a store and that's to show you on many multiple occasions they have failed to solve any issues I had and when I left to go to another victoria's Secret location , they did it so easily and so quickly and so smoothly. This location is horrible. If you can stay away from it I would advise you to 💯. It's better to have a peace of mind. This kind of staff are just not worth your time. They'll take money from you, but they will never solve any issues if any come up!...

I recently had a disappointing experience while shopping for a bra at Victoria’s Secret. I expressed how important it was for me to get properly fitted, and while the associate was friendly, there were times when she seemed to disappear, and I thought she might have gone on a lunch break, leaving me waiting for assistance. I had to repeatedly put my shirt back on and run out to the sales floor to find her, despite the store having a few other customers.

Initially, the bra felt tight around my chest, but I was assured it would stretch with wear and washing. Unfortunately, after three months of discomfort, I’ve decided to throw it away, which feels like a waste of $100. I should have trusted my instincts and opted for the next size up. Having not found a well-fitting bra in seven years since having kids, I thought it best to rely on the “professional” advice.

Went here to grab some things. I saw by the checkouts some lotions etc. and ended up getting one. Well I waited for a good 2-3 minutes at the register before anyone even acknowledged me. And when they did they just came off as miserable and not wanting to be there. I thought employees were to upsale and let customers know of deals etc. the lotion I got was 2/24 or one for $20. HAD I KNOWN, I would have gotten 2. But she never told me that……idk, the employees just weren’t “employeeing” like they normally do in Victoria’s Secret. I won’t be back there.
