The food was fresh and delicious, very reasonably priced, and the dining environment was pleasant. Initially, because it was quite busy, we waited about 30 minutes for a waiter to give us water and menus. They needed to hire more waiters. When we reported the lack of help to the front desk, the manager or owner quickly arranged new seats, waiters, and water. The first young waitress was very patient in explaining the food and ordering, and apologized for the long wait, which made me forgive the long wait. Unfortunately, she was later replaced. The other waitress was rude. When we asked for more food, she threw the menu in our face and told us to read it ourselves with a dismissive look. When we asked her what the options were, she kept pointing at the menu and told us to read it ourselves. She left before we even finished our order, which was very disappointing. Her name was Lin. I specifically asked her about it. After we ordered twice, she told me we were out of time. The last time we ordered, it felt like we had eaten too much. She even asked if she knew how long I had been waiting before I got the menu. She told me my time was up. If you see her, run away immediately to avoid ruining your dining experience. Overall, I'd still return to this restaurant. The delicious food and the mostly excellent waitstaff, chef, and front desk staff can't be overshadowed by an unprofessional and rude server. Seafood Ceviche 9/10 - This was one of the best ceviches I’ve ever had, with a great portion of seafood and a perfect balance of sauce, cucumber and mango.
Hamachi Tartare 7/10 - They don’t have a hamachi tartare on the menu however the chef agreed to serve it up for me. I’ve had better before but this was still very good, see picture below.
Hamachi Sashimi 8/10 - See picture below, have had better before but the preparation of this dish was phenomenal.
Akimo Fish Liver 9/10 - It’s good to see a restaurant serving this, there aren’t any other restaurants close to the area that serve fish liver and it is absolutely delicious.
Torro Sashimi 9/10 - Amazing toro dish with excellent preparation. The sauce that this was served with was an excellent pairing to this toro.
Oyster Dish 6/10 - While the Uni was of great quality, the oyster was a bit of a letdown and have had it done much better before. Not that it was bad, I’ve just had better.
The rest were sushi pieces and I will rate accordingly: Sweet Shrimp - 9/10 Toro Uni Sushi - 8/10 Fuji Salmon Sushi - 7/10 Baby Yellowtail Sushi - 6/10 Madai Sushi - 7/10 Tuna sushi (with mushroom) - 6/10

Wife went in and asked to be seated at Hibachi for a table of 8. The host said Hibachi was not available that night. We asked our friend to go and see if they could get us seated since we were all there and traveled far to get there. My friend had no problem as they said we just had to wait 15 minutes.
When we were eating my son saw the bear ice cream and wanted it. After we ate they were rushing us out so my wife asked if we could get the bear ice cream. The waiter said they were "sold out" and my wife didn't believe it. She spoke to the manager and they suddenly had bear ice cream but we couldn't eat it at the Hibachi table we were sitting at so they had to move our kids next to the bar by the front door so they could sit and eat there ice cream. I will say they gave us the ice cream for free so that was appreciated.
My wife and I went there the week before and they literally took my sons plate as he was eating and started putting the food in a to go container.
Overall food is very good and the chefs are entertaining but they rush you out at the Hibachi tables and clearly are selective to who they seat so they can get as many people in and out...
