Woops! Macarons & Gifts (Walt Whitman Mall) — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

Woops is a favorite of my daughter and me and we always treat ourselves to one or two when we shop at Walt Whitman mall. With the pandemic my daughter had to celebrate her college graduation remotely. It wouldn’t have been the same without Woops so I looked for and found the website and ordered. It made her day! For her birthday I ordered again well in advance but on the day of scheduled delivery the order did not arrive. I was disappointed because I read the company does not deliver on Fri Sat Sun and Thursday had come and gone. I left a message at the Walt Whitman phone number and Eyal called me back immediately. Hearing the mix up (the order never came to him) he promised the pastries would be at my door before 10am on Saturday. And they were! My daughter arrived an hour later and the beautiful gift box was waiting for her! This batch of macarons were the freshest and most flavorful we have ever had. Woops are the best (and we have tried them across the country and even abroad!) Thank you for making this birthday special even with all the pandemic restrictions! I just have to say besides Woops macaroons being delicious the Company is a pleasure to deal with. I had signed up on their website and was sent a 10% off coupon for an on line order, for some reason I was having trouble with the coupon so I sent them an email asking if they would honor the coupon if I went to the Woops in Walt Whitman Mall and within 5 minutes I received a e-mail back saying of course they would. The gentleman that helped me at the Kiosk in the mall could not have been more pleasant. I was buying a box of 18 macaroons for my daughter and while he was making up the box he offered me a macaroon while I wait. Macaroons A+ and...

So yum! I tried one before deciding on buying an individual or pack of 6 or 12. Price is as expensive as good macaroons are. It was so yum and all my kids loved it so it was a no brained - got the pack of 12. It is slightly cheaper buying a set of 6 or 12. The choice of flavors are amazing and just perfect. They are also lightly bigger than the normal common macaroons you may typically see. The employee was also very delightful and friendly. She helped me decide and answered all my questions.
