I missed a Saturday delivery by 60 minutes and called to see if it could still be delivered that day. I reached 2 individuals that had a heavy accent, potentially outsourced to another country, and was told no with reiterating the same thing overer and over again off of a script. Completely not helpful, or personalized service. I offered to pick-up the package the next business day and was told no because it is scheduled to be delivered in 2 business days and I can't pick it up. So my package is available on Saturday and I cant get it until Tuesday of the following week? Thats a bad business model. Completey disappointed in FedEX. I'll be sticking with UPS...

The neighbor's street number is also on their mailbox and front door. The box is clearly labeled with my address. Also, every shipment from Chewy comes with bashed cans. Then 4 days of back and forth trying to find out where the package is and when it’ll be delivered. Finally they tell me I can pick it up and they’ll call me when I can…no call and place is closed now.
