Funcation Station — Attraction in Town of Islip

I attended an event over the weekend. Where the employee who was over seeing the soft play area put her hands on my 5yr old. I just wanted to let you know who you would be dealing with. I had a terrible experience with the (employee?/owner?) She grabbed my daughter’s arm pulled her off the cart and yanked the roller coaster cart from her and proceeded to give it to her friends kid ( I’m assuming “friend” based on their conversation. The friend said thank you to her for giving her child the car, as they laughed about taking the cart from my daughter. When I approached her and asked why she put her hands on my daughter she was taken back because she didn’t realize I saw that and heard her all she said was “oh, it was nothing against your kid” and walked away from me. Funcation Station- 15/10 Josh & Samantha were an absolute pleasure to work with. I run a very large group for Long Island moms. When I approached them about working with us at an event they were SO ready and willing to give back to the mama community. The communication with them was seamless. They were quick and responsive. They were prompt and on time. The soft play was adorable & it was clean and in pristine condition. Our event was Halloween themed and let me tell you- they DELIVERED. The bouncers were dressed in costumes, the decals were spooky yet adorable. The kids had an absolute blast and the soft play set up really tied the whole event together. Had the best experience working with the Funcation Station team for my son’s first birthday. The party was rodeo themed so the team made sure my color scheme matched all the soft play equipment perfectly with matching themed animal hoppers for the kids. They also had the ability to personalize all of the play equipment. There packages vary in size and pricing to meet everyone’s party budget too.
