In addition to being open to contractors they are open to consumers and happy to help. Their store is large, clean, bright, and well organized. Before we went to the store, the gentlemen that answered the phone was very helpful. When we made it to the store on 7/5/23 to see if my mother's antique lamp could get a replacement part, they were more than accomodating, not only finding and selling us the part, but instrumental in making sure the lamp would work.
