Tymeless Tattoo — Attraction in Town of Lysander

I got my tattoo done by Sara. I decided to get another one done because she had done such a great job on my last one. She had to reschedule my appt the first time on the recent one which was fine. I got a small tattoo on my arm. I showed up 5 mins before my appt and waited patiently for her. It was 5pm and she was saying how she needed more energy. If she wanted to reschedule again I honestly would have been fine. After I get done I get home and notice my lines are severely crooked. I cried because I know these lines are hard to fix because of how small it was, and tattoos are permanent unless you go through the pain and money of laser removal.So I called on Monday because they were closed and sent my pictures in. I know they can't say they were sorry to admit any guilt, but she messed it up and it was clear. I'm an excellent patient or canvas and didn't move once during the process so yea... I ended up getting the tattoo somewhat fixed, a whole lot better than what she did by the owner, but he couldn't fix 1 line and I stare at it from time to time angry about it. There wasn't even like a somewhat voucher for something off another tattoo or an offer because I do want another tattoo soon but I will not come here again. I also don't want to be a rude person because I'm getting tattooed by a human and not a robot but I almost felt rude not to respond while she was talking and tattooing the whole entire time, which would have been fine had she not make every line crooked.Not trying to be negative or trash this place but this was my true experience. 2nd and last especially to mess up a tattoo that meant something...

I called tymeless tattoo to set a 11:45 am appointment, I get there 11:35 am .. the front girl didn’t set the appointment and did us for a walk in , so everyone that had an appointment kept walking in which brushed us to the side. Almost 12:30 comes around and we already had another appointment that we had to go to, so we said we would be back already annoyed . After our other appointment we returned by 3:30. My daughter finally goes in the back to get her piercing done by 3:45 to be told she couldn’t get a septum piercing because her nose was to small and she couldn’t get the piercing on her lower back dimples piercing because the piercer said “it wouldn’t look right “ and it’s for her best interest she didn’t get them cause of other reasons. Are you kidding me ??? So I wasted basically the whole day around this business for them to deny us anyway and give an opinion on what they thought would look good or not ??? Absolutely not ..Long story short, we drove to Syracuse to “ Family, traditions, tattoo, and piercing” they immediately took her in the back with no fuss and did it right then and there.. although the girl at the front desk was extremely sweet and very nice at tymeless tattoo. We will not be returning back … The only thing I can say, is that the atmosphere was Pretty cool and I’m FINALLY sitting home on my couch at 6 pm from having to go allllllll the way to Syracuse “ which I should of just did in the first place !!!! This is not the owners fault and I’m sure they have other amazing workers there but it was unprofessional and it really does seem like they have a great staff but this round was...

I've been going to Joshua Heckert since January for my Bioshock sleeve. He's such a talented artist, he always let's me know what's going to be worked on at the start of the session, checks to see how everything has healed so far, and what part of the sleeve is next for the following session. I love how far my sleeve has come and can't wait to see the final piece, it's already so much better than I had ever imagined. I've been wanting this sleeve for years and he's done and continues to do such an amazing job. My arm isn't even done yet and I'm already looking forward to getting future tattoos from him. I also just got my septum pierced last night by Veronica, and she was fantastic as well. I was so nervous because I don't have a lot of peircings or experience with them, and she walked me through every step of what she was doing. I'm so happy with it and also look forward to getting more piercings from her. I highly recommend Joshua and Veronica as well as the other artists at Tymeless. When I went in for my septum last night, everyone was so nice and friendly, and they always are. I've been recommending Tymeless non-stop since I started going in January, and I will continue to do so.
