Brian, the owner, is very knowledgeable, helpful, honest, and friendly. He spent at least two hours with me helping me decide which phone to buy, how to set it up, and how to work the features of the phone. He had everything set up for me, including special requests, and even offered to help me sync my phone to my car. I felt spoiled. His business partner, Paul, is also great. This is simply the only Verizon store I will ever go to. They're not part of corporate, but are even more knowledgeable and reliable. They tell it like it is. No sales talk. They'll just as quickly steer you clear from what isn't in your best interest add they will tell you about what's new and exciting. I went in there on Thursday before memorial day I had a small credit on my account. They applied and charged me for the reminder of my bill.
