Disclosure:The show I was at was managed by an event company called creative concerts, likely these issues are just related to how they execute events. Very possible another event management company would do better in this venue.
Nice venue, but do not buy golden tier. Unless quicker access to a bar is worth the extra dough for you, it's a total grab. It's a fenced off area left of stage, where sound was terrible. None of the dedicated area is directly in front of speaker, sound is muddy. We spent maybe 5 minutes in there, and only came back for drinks which I'll get to in a second.
Pro tip: do not order mixed drinks from the bar, they are weak. Even doubles, at $20/per tasted just as weak as the singles.
Would definitely go to this venue again, staff were friendly, but would not buy golden tier, and just stick to what they sell in a can.
Also ffs, get a website or at least post some venue info on your site. It was not clear where parking was until we got there. You park...
Read moreAwesome place to take in a show. It's not huge so you get a more personal concert. The location is beautiful. Right on the Seneca River. Locke 24 (I believe). Its all outdoor standing area unless you bring your own chair. The one & only concert I went to, I opted for VIP tickets. Which meant free food from Dinosaur BBQ (at this concert) and separate bathrooms (porta johns). When I go again I won't do VIP. The other bathrooms were a/c trailor with actual stalls. Four of them and a sink. Mind you, you can still use those if you're VIP. They're just further away. And the food truck(s) there were inexpensive. Beer on the other hand was expensive as is with these shows. But I highly recommend it. We saw Blackberry Smoke with Bishop Gunn...
Read moreAs for us, this is a one and done venue. The organizers of the event that we attended last night with Prime Time Horns (a great band) are amateurs at best. No signs for parking. After you purchase your tickets (cash), the staff then checks every chair cover and purse to make sure you don't bring drinks into the venue. That's understandable, but when they ask if you paid, how annoying given that patrons aren't given tickets or wrist bands. Very disorganized. There were too many people for one food truck (not good) and loads of dirty portable toilets. If you leave the venue, which we wanted to do so that we could get sweaters, you can't return. There is no way that I would return to this rundown...
