China King — Restaurant in Town of Lysander

I was surprised when I called on the phone, it was the usual lady who was always a little impatient, however, today is was a very kind sounding lady that threw me off guard but in a good way! She was very sweet and clear on the phone, and when I went to pick up she asked me if I needed any sauces or utensils instead of just having them in a big bowl. The place also looked cleaned up and a lot more pleasant it was such a shock im the best of ways. Interacting with who I assume is the boss, the sweet lady on the phone, was extremely pleasant, I'm afraid she might think I was weird because it kept throwing me off! Anyways, the food tasted the best it has in recent memory for me, maybe it was the pleasant experience and all in my head but the food was crispier, the chicken while not spicy as I'd like(my fault I should have asked for extra to being with) it wasn't grossly sweet. The egg rolls where just perfection, crispy outside and the inside tasted different from before, better, frsher tasting and the lo mein wasn't as greasy. SO happy for the new owner, I will be buying regular...

Ordered online (easy process), food arrived in 30 minutes and it was hot. Only problem is, was missing a whole meal/ combo. Called the store, they refused to deliver it and wanted me to come get it. I had food delivered for a reason so I was not driving into town to obtain something that should have been in the bag to begin with (they blamed it on the new girl). Instead they issued me a refund (not good when I ordered for three people and that person ended up not getting what they ordered - luckily the portions are huge so we split our meals with them).

Food: General Tso - not very spicy but good flavor. Rice was a little bland but overall 4/5 Sweet & Sour Chicken - not very crunchy but overall good 4/5. Crab Rangoon - Very good 5/5 Fried Dumplings - not a fan, I have never had them deep fried as I have only had them pan fried. It only had meat and nothing else. To much dough, no flavor 2/5 Egg Rolls - very good and full of flavor 5/5

Unable to review Sesame Chicken as it was not delivered.

Overall I give them 4/5… will I order from them again…...

So i am from Rhode island and i call this place asking for a half chicken, honey shrimp,and chiken finguers. And i understand it was my foult for not reading the manu before calling but this lady was so rude ,she treated me like i am dumb so i tell her if i am messing up can you just tell me what kind of combinations you got with chiken and i ended up ordering the three combinations with chiken wings. Then i call back because my husband and his friend decided that we cancel and go out to eat so i call back and i am like sorry i am calling because we decided we will go out to eat and the lady said ok i was not making it. Like with this attetude and then while i was trying to thank her ,she just hung up wile i was still talking ... no ethic, no respect,no curtesy,no customer service, i love chineese food but after this i am glad i didnt eat there because all of that bad energy on my food God knows...
