This is an amazing place to shop for all your hardware, plumbing, cleaning, gardening, necessities. Also have a huge variety of things that would be great for gifts for a anniversary, birthday, Christmas, or any other reason you would need to buy a gift for someone. I can get lost in there looking through everything and spend way too much money sometimes. That's a horrible habit that I have and am working on changing. Chris goes the extra mile!

I needed multiple different keys made, several of each. And all but one were intended for the Adirondack mountains - not easy to return. Chris left nothing to chance. Wherever possible, he had me provide the original for cutting, and a working copy (for which I had for most) to double check that he had selected the correct blank. Then he stayed focused on the task to completion.

In the end, all the keys worked perfectly - smoothly - on every lock intended. One was for nine locks, four keys, 36 combinations - sucked to be me testing all those combinations, but this story would be so much worse had even a single key not worked on a single lock.

I was just about to enter the store after choosing some flowers outside and they locked the door in my face. I wasn’t aware of the time and didn’t realize they closed at 5:00. The parking lot was full of cars so it didn’t occur to me they were closing. It would have been nice if someone from the store checked to see if there was anyone shopping outside and gave a notice that they were about to close. I am from the area and have shopped there a lot over the years. I always try to support local businesses but from now on they won’t get anymore of my more. I’ll just go to Home Depot or Lowe’s.
