Sandbox Theater (Mamaroneck, NY) is a very special place. More than just a “children’s” theater company that offers classes, camps, and opportunities for young performers, it allows them to follow their passion in a nurturing, supportive, fun, and professional atmosphere. My daughter has been involved for almost ten years. Not only does she have amazing memories that will last a lifetime, but I’ve seen her grow in so many ways. Her confidence, maturity, and work ethic, have developed as much as her abilities to sing, dance, and act. Not only do I get to see her make friends, do what she loves, and learn, I get to see some really amazing performances from incredibly talented young artists. Jason, Dan, Susan, and the whole Sandbox family really understand how kids develop and what they need along the way. It's a small theater company. Not as fancy as some others, but it is extremely kid friendly! Every kid feels like a star!
