I wish I could talk in a different voice, but I cant now. I was in the library 5 minutes before closing. I drove all the way from White Plains, because my son wanted exactly the books that he had seen in there. The lady was standing in the entrance and kept asking me questions, I ran there just to make it. She didnt let me take my time, she was soooo rude and wanted to go home (which i understand). The person who has soooo many uears of experience in there, must know hot to interact with people, especially its a public place where you meet people every minute!!!!! When i started explaining she just started huffing, puffin....meaning she is closing soon in minute!!!!
And this is not the first time, first time to me, but it happened with my froends who faced the same person! Please take it to consideration, maybe Theresa (she said her name) need another "training" how properly talk to people?????

Read moreI enjoy going to this library weekly with my daughter. There are comfy seats in the children’s area to read, and the books for sale in the basement have been fantastic! I wish that the children’s books were organized a little better though as it’s often hard to find things, and as great as all of the events/workshops/programs are that they host during the week, I wish there was one for under 18 months as they are all mostly aimed at 2+ years.
