12/16/20 - Horrible customer service. I placed an order 4 days ago and haven’t received a shipping confirmation. Instead, I received an email saying my item couldn’t be fulfilled and didn’t give any information on how long it will be delayed. I called today and spent over 30 minutes on hold before speaking with Melissa Sibiya. She tells me that the item is not in stock. She puts me on hold again and later tells me it will BE delivered to me within 12 days which doesn’t make sense. Because of the conflicting delivery/shipping information and lack of constant information, I asked to cancel the order. She says that she can’t give me a refund because it was processed. The second email I received clearly states that they haven’t even started getting my order ready, and she tells me initially on our call that it’s out of stock altogether. She says i should go to PayPal for my refund. I ask for a manager and she says he’s (Nathan koaniate) not available and she’ll have him call me back. Anyone who reads these reviews will know that return calls are never returned from this place. I ask to speak to another manager. She says nobody is available. I ask for Nathan’s direct phone number or extension. She says he doesn’t have a phone nor an extension. She says she’ll escalate this to someone in the “back office” to process a refund, but can’t tell me who the back office manager is until i repeatedly ask her. She also states that “they” don’t have phone numbers or extensions either. I asked when i should expect a call back. She says “whenever they’re available”. I told her that was unacceptable and then she stated that Susan Bowsder will call me within an hour. An hour passed and I haven’t received a call back. I had to call their customer service (had to wait over 1 hour to talk to someone) and they told me my order was canceled, and out of stock(on their official website, it says its on stock). Once they restock the item, they told me they would not price match so i need to pay the full listed price. BUT my order was already confirmed with the sale price over a month ago and i waited over a month for nothing. I asked for supervisor and this lady named Zee said she cannot tell me her supervisor's name or contacting info. I left the review on official website with 1 star and they deleted my review. It seems they decided they can setup a website and market directly to consumers with no thought whatsoever about actually fulfilling orders. I placed an order with them over 2 weeks ago for a glass set. Their website showed the items as being in stock. A few days later they sent an automated email indicating that there would be a short delay, and they would email me once the item has shipped. It has been two weeks and still no email. A few days ago I emailed them. No response. I tried calling them today, and was prompted with a message indicating that the wait time is 2 minutes. An hour on hold and still no one picked up the phone. Perhaps they should have contracted with Amazon to sell and fulfill all their sales. They would have had far more happy customers.
