SUPERCUTS — Attraction in Town of New Hartford

I went there for my first time after almost 3 years of not cutting my hair. I felt so disappointed about the way my hair looked, it was long, frizzy and the ends were to die for (literally). But I had waited so long because don't trust hair stylists. Most always want to give me something completely NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. Heck! I don't even style my hair on my own. Yet this place was great for me! My hair stylist was a very nice young lady, she made me feel safe and always asked me for my opinion. She cut my hair a couple of inches and cut it in such a nice way that I still feel so great about listening to my boyfriend about this place (He likes to cut his hair there). My hair has body, volume, lightness and I don't have to constantly style it to make it look great, but when I do style it, it looks beautiful! Styled the cut has dimension and serves both purposes of practical and fancy. The hair stylist complemented on how healthy my hair looked, since I almost never expose it to heat, I was so happy! Will definitely come back every 6 weeks to maintain it!...

I had a wash, cut, and blowdry. My experience with the stylist that I had was not great. She had trouble parting my hair in the middle so I did that myself and she then cut one side of my hair shorter than the other and I had the Asian stylist come and look at it and she said yes that the right side was a bit longer. The stylist cut the right side and while it was wet it looked fine and she then proceeded to blow dry my hair using her fingers and not a hairbrush which I did not care for because it left my hair frizzy and messy, no style to it and it wasn't completely dry. When I got home I plugged in my hair straightener and straightened my hair and it still was not equal in length. I had Haley cut my hair today, her hair was a mess, it was in a sloppy ponytail and didn’t look like he had been washed, she was very standoffish and when she was washing my hair my hair got caught in the acrylic on her nails because her nails are not filled. I should’ve known from the start that if she didn’t care about her appearance, she wonuldnt care about how I looked when I left there and she didn’t seem to know all that much about hair or how to trim it. She did the back of my hair in the right side of my hair but not the left side which is now on even with the rest of my hair I got so annoyed that I said OK we’re not gonna do anything else I paid her the $16 and I told manager I’d be back later I will not be back I will find someplace else to get my hair...
