Awful customer service. I went to J. Jamshed on 08/11 and bought 2 salwar kameez - the store owner told me that a size 40 translates to a 12 in their size and a 42 translates to a 14. They were both way too big but despite that I returned on 08/18 to buy more clothes. This time I took my guest with me so we can double check the sizing before purchasing since they don’t have a return/exchange policy. But the customer service was awful - we kept being told our size didn’t exist in their catalogue so we tried going through all the clothes to find our size. Eventually a rep came and told us that she could check in the back for our size - so we asked her and a few seconds later she said they saw us on camera doing something fishy and that we had to leave. How embarrassing and humiliating.

I had found one dress I like and I was at least going to buy one dress not to mention the two we bought less than a week ago. But seeing how they were rushing us I didn’t buy anything. Extremely disappointing and disrespectful employees that have no regard for their silly rules. If there is no trial room then at least create an exchange policy? And if after that, clients take their time before spending 100s on clothes - then at least let them shop in peace. Never returning...

Horrible!!! I went to this place right after my sister bought 4 kids suits from them this after noon and recommended me also to get the same for my kids for an upcoming event on Monday. The employees were so bad, just rushing us and passing smiles to each other looking at us in a mocking way. I tried few suits on my 5 year old but wanted matching suit for my 3 year old too. Since they have no return policy so i asked my husband to bring my sleeping 3 year old from home so I could try on her as we live 10 minutes away . My little one was cranky and employee were rushing me which made me very frustrated. I told the lady working there that i came because my sister bought 4 suits and she said “ya because she was quick” and i said “ i am sorry, and yes because her daughter is 10 year old and mine is only 3 years old and she was cranky” . She was like whatever. i bought one suit but sadly couldn't buy for my younger one as they didn’t let me try, i had just tried one suit on her and they were like “can you come out, there r other people waiting’ i was like you should have more fitting rooms then.
