Absolutely incredible experience! I can’t say enough good things about this family-owned jewelry store! From the moment I walked in, I felt like part of the family. Everyone was so kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do.

They worked closely with me and my fiancé to design and create my custom engagement ring and matching wedding band set, making sure every detail was exactly how we envisioned it. They took the time to listen to our ideas, offered expert guidance, and made sure to design my rings to be timeless with a modern edge and set the rings to sit perfectly flush without looking too bulky, which was my main request.

We worked with Rex for design and customization, and he was so attentive and patient during the whole process and although it was a lengthier process than buying a pre-designed/made ring, it was soo worth it and I'm obsessed with the final result. We wanted to add a unique and personal touch and Rex was able to creatively incorporate our birthstones into the rings as a subtle/hidden design feature.

It was a pleasure working with someone as detail oriented as I and it was fascinating to see my ideas come to life. I was surprised with how fair their prices were for made-to-order jewelry. Unhappy! I put a deposit on a very nice necklace a few day before Christmas for them to hold for me until after the New Year. I recently picked up the necklace last week, and brought a few pieces of my personal jewelry for them to clean which included a ring with Pavé diamond stones. After they cleaned all the all jewelry, they brought back the diamond ring with 6 missing stones. They said “it happened during the cleaning and the stones probably were loose so they fell out during the cleaning”. I asked them if they could reset the original stones that fell out and they said no they would have to order new stones and replace them at $120. I came back today to pick my ring and noticed that the 6 stones they replaced were smaller in size. I asked them why the stones that they replace weren’t the same size as the original and couldn’t get a clear answer. I then asked if they can fix it and they said no it’s best to leave it the way it is. Needless to say I am very unhappy with that whole experience and will now need to bring my ring to my personal jeweler to correct this problem that was done by this jewelry store. I have had experience with having stones replaced in the past and had a gut feeling this would happen. I learned my lesson. From now on I will be going to my personal jeweler in the diamond district for cleaning and any necessary repairs....

Let me start by saying we have purchased 2 pendants from them in the past year. Today we experienced very rude customer service. The woman that works here is always pleasant but today we came in to test my diamond earrings we purchased elsewhere and the gentleman that helped us had an attitude the entire time and it was very apparent he was talking to his colleague in Chinese about us. Because I asked him to redo it to show my husband, he demanded 5 bucks. Fine no problem we will pay the 5 bucks, but he proceeded to test and talk to his colleague in chinese about us,and toss my 4ct diamond earrings towards me across the glass counter saying they're diamond.
