Ashley made this rating a 4 star.....if it were based on my experience outside of Ashley it would be a 1 start for sure. Ashley is a sweet and meek young lady who unfortunately was met with my frustration after receiving despicable customer service from who I learned master was the store manager Nyrima. While Nyima kept a calm and quiet demeanor she totally did not address my issue, she did not try to assist me one bit, she lied and said that the manager was at the register knowing she was the manager, even when I tried to express my needs and my disappointment with her poor service she never said one single word but instead kept walking past me as if I didn't exist. She didn't acknowledge one single word I said or answer one single question I asked. Ashley came over to me and introduced herself as the supervisor. She allowed me to express my frustration and then calmed me with her superior customer service skills. I felt so bad for even becoming frustrated with her at all and apologized so many times. I expressed that the manager could have prevented all of this if she would have just done a better job at managing. I came to buy three large suitcases and could not see what the inside looked like as they were all locked. She had a young man tell me to take them up front to have them unlocked. I had about 6 bags to choose from and her policy was a complete inconvenience to her customer. Ashley grabbed a cart and we split the bags and bought them to the counter. That is what the manager should have done. It seems to me that time with a company shouldn't matter in this case and that the true leader here is Ashley! Way to go Ashley! Read moreI was in there today. I was going to purchase a lounge dress. I changed my mind. The girl at the register voided it out. I don't think I put my credit card in when I realized the price. However, I did put my phone number in. Tonight I checked my Gmail and found out that someone made a cash purchase of almost $90.00. I called the store and spoke to John who at first was very nice. But he said that I was never in there today!!!! Then he said that the person probably accidentally put in my phone number. I can't believe this!!!!. I'm having open heart surgery Tuesday, I had just returned from my pre op testing. This is the last thing I need right now. I was advised to stay as calm as possible. I then called John back who claimed to be the store manager. He seemed kind of rude when I asked him once again how this could have happened. He more or less told me to contact my bank and the police. I live miles away. I really believe that the girl at the register never took out my phone number. I'm having chest pains. My bank said it is their responsibility. I asked him to contact the person who made the purchase and he said that he couldn't, I would have to get a sepena.
