11.99 per bowl - very spacious, plenty of seats including outdoor seating -friendly staff. I even saw an old lady come in to thank the staff and buy water and tip them for letting her use the bathroom days prior. - portions are generous, We couldn’t finish the food. -vibrant, colorful, healthy and delicious Mediterranean food similar to CAVA in Manhattan. The options are plentiful and laid out in front of you. - skip chipotle and come here instead. Location is almost hidden, this place definitely deserves more popularity IMO

After reading too many positive reviews, we decided to go eat here. This restaurant had the worst falafel bowl ever, the mixed meat pizza was so bad that we couldn’t even finish one bite of it. The place is spacious with many tables inside and you also can eat outside. The staff saw that we had 2 children, we asked for children meal, the fake pizza ( as you see in the picture) was one of the kids meal. I had to ask the staff for the receipt, she looked at me like I committed a crime for asking her for the receipt.

Food looked good but lack flavor omg. Put all this dressing and it still did not taste good. It’s also overpriced for 14.00 (12.99 + tax). Try somewhere else(green acres mall has better falafel ). But I was in the area so this had to do. I wish I went to Shakeshack than here, would have definitely hit the spot. Thumbs down for me.👎🏾

Food is good, but customer service is horrible. I ordered from uber eats (ordered 3 items) and the restaurant forgot to pack one of the items. I called the restaurant to check and the guy who answered, said, "oh yeah, its right here. Wait I am gonna patch u through to the manager." After being on hold for 2 mins, he got back on the phone, said, in a very rude tone if I may add, "ya its right here in front of me, I am gonna give you a refund for it" I asked if they can send me the food, he said they don't do that, and that the only way to get the food is order again. Not once in that conversation did he say sorry for the mistake or anything. Very upsetting and disappointing behavior. I get that mistakes can happen, and I get that there are staffing issues due to which they might not be able to send my food, but there is a way of handling these things, and the way that person talked, it felt like I am inconveniencing him by not getting my food, that I paid...

I was looking forward to trying this Wild Fig as I had gone to one in Plainview some years back and enjoyed the food. Sorry to say, the experience here was not the same. Based on the Falafel and Hummus Sandwich I ordered for lunch, I would give this eatery 0 stars if I could. The sandwich itself is made on an oversized flatbread too big to eat without cutting it in half first, and the inclusion of grains made it impossible to pick up. I had to send my son back to get a plate and fork in order to try it, and once I did, my disappointment grew, as it was visually unappealing and tasteless. A complete waste of money. The greek salad with chicken that my son ordered looked better and he said tasted fine. However, if a restaurant can't make a decent sandwich, that's a pretty bad commentary. Will definitely not be...

We happened upon this restaurant when leaving the medical building across the street. What a mistake. We thought it was the same restaurant with the same name that we had we loved in Garden City, Glen Cove and Syosset. Boy was I wrong! This is basically a cafeteria style place. This restaurant had the worst food-tasteless, presented poorly and barely warm. We had the falafel which wasn't like authentic falafel-it was not deep fried but rather a baked unseasoned ball of mashed chick peas that was served at room temperature. All the fixings were tasteless and , although fresh, the staff piled all the food on top on each other so that you were eating a mish mash of stuff without any individual identity. Do yourself a favor and eat at anyone of the other restaurants in this...
