AVOID AVOID AVOID

The sign says "order here' so I waited under that sign. They then took 3 orders from customers who ask l walked in after me at the other end is the counter.

I was unaware this was kosher as the other 3 bagel boss locations I've been to are not. There is no sign to tell you. Anyway, I ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese and one hot coffee and one iced coffee. ALL of which were TERRIBLE. Especially the iced coffee. It was for my wife, so I didn't try it until later when my wife complained saying something wasn't right. It was fizzy and tasted sour. We opened it up and noticed it was bocholistic! My hot coffee tasted God aweful but hers could have made her very sick! The iced coffee clearly wasn't fresh and probably had been an accumulating of several days of 'end of day leftover coffee'. It was BAD. Even the hot coffee tasted like it was burnt and made in a dirty carafe from bad water. I will NEVER patronize this place ever EVER again. The water isn't the issue as I have been to ShakeShack next door 2 weeks before and all the drinks tasted fine.

If you find yourself here you would be better off getting your coffee from the Cumberland Farms...

Roham has a poor attitude and terrible customer service. He was so rude to customers. The line was out the door at 11am. Roham came to the register and said okay your order is ready, meanwhile there was four people waiting for orders when we asked him whos order he wouldnt respond. We all looked around at each other waiting for him to answer until we had to ask again and then hes Roham replied i didnt take your order did I im talking to him im not talking to you. Like excuse me what?!!!! This place is not worth the wait. Especially if they take for ever and then gonna be rude about it. While i was there a lady came in to complain she paid for a breakfast combo and never got her coffee. The guy argued with her that if she wants coffee she has to state that when ordering and she said but I paid $4.99 for my breakfast combo and he replied oh if you paid $4.99 then yes that comes with a coffee. Again poor customer service. I would never ever come back here. I would pass out waiting for my food or my blood pressure would probably spike because of the rude...
