Pros: Plently of spots available in the parking lot, friendly and efficient staff, short wait time for both food and tables. Cons: Pricey for what you get. So we decided to stop by this location as we were hungry and the Westbury one is always packed with a long wait for seats. Tables were a little dirty but it's understandable given how busy the place was. Our food was ready shortly after we sat down: two shack stacks, a double shackburger, a chicken shack, crinkle-cut fries, cheese fries, and two shakes. The burgers were on point, fries were warm and crispy, and the shakes were rich and thick. I definitely recommend the shack stack. Sadly, the portions left us still somewhat hungry although the food was good.

See what we got there yesterday. A long hair in the beef burger. We ordered three double shack late last night because we came back late and shakeshack was the only decent fast food we could find. So we ordered and dined in. The things are fine but the food was soso. Beef was oily, too much excessive oil as if that was the reason why it was expensive. Then one of my kid spit out a lump of meat with a long hair in it. Thats the time we stopped eating. I didnt tell the store because it was late and we want to go home asap. I hope they could see my review and improve. Updated to 4 stars from 2. Contacted the support team and they provide excellent services.

Shake Shack, Union Square – NYC Essential Let me be brutally honest: if you leave New York without hitting Shake Shack at Union Square, you’ve officially failed at life. That crispy, juicy, smash-grilled patty, dripping with cheddar, nestled in a soft, pillowy bun—it’s cheeseburger perfection. Seriously, it doesn’t get better than this. The beverage Fifty-Fifty was too blend and mild for me. I would recommend a Diet Coke, not the famous 50/50. And yes, if my stomach had been a little bigger, I would’ve eaten two. Don’t even question it. This is one of those rare burgers that demands your full attention, bite after glorious bite. MUST GO! Seriously.

I was going to the bagel store next door but when I saw the Shake Shack I figured something new so I'll try it. I got up to the menu and felt the prices were expensive ($5.49 for a shake) but what the heck, I'll try it anyway and hopefully I get what I pay for. I got up to the counter and Charlie was very courteous and greeted me with a smile. He must have seen my eyes wide open as I checked out the menu and asked me if everything was okay and if I was ready to order and I said yes and I can't wait to taste the food because it's very expensive so I'm expecting quality. He asked the manager to come over and said that we have a customer who is concerned about the quality and he immediately gave me a complimentary lunch! I told him I promise I'm not complaining it's just that it seemed pretty expensive. My meal would have came out to over $15. I thought that was very nice of them and they said all they want is my opinion once we're done. Well, the Sheikh was great although I would have liked it a little thicker just personal preference, the burger was very tasty and I'm a sucker for potato bread so check on that, the tomatoes were the smaller sweeter Tomatoes so why was fine with that and the lettuce was a little sliver so I told him I wish there would have been a little bigger piece of lettuce. The burger was a small size burger like a junior cheeseburger at Burger King. I expected a bigger Burger. The fries were good but I felt I got the bottom of the bunch because they were little Nubs but they were not too salty and not too bland. They put cheese on it and half way through eating them the cheese was gone so I told them they should put a little more cheese on it because another customer complains about the same thing while I was talking to him. Overall, not impressed and since this area is full of Doctors that come over here for lunch they should be fine. The cows were not tortured in the making of these Burgers according to Charlie and the potatoes may not have been tortured or bruised one being pulled out of the ground. LOL that was me. It was good but not somewhere I would go all the time. Sorry for the book but I wanted you to really get a gist of my...

With the covid 19 upon us,It's great to be able to order the delicious food at this Shake Shack.. With Conny in the front taking your orders wearing full pandemic gear (mask, gloves)Conny is and Excellent first impression.Always cordial and very attentive to every orders detail.. Drita was great too she prepares all the food and has a nice vibe.Everyone at this store does..and I think Not only is the stores service taken seriously but the care and perfection that goes into the food here is outstanding.. I Love the burgers Fries and even the hot dogs...So Good.. I need to mention managers Phil and David who are always looking at everything to make sure everything is running smooth!!Kudo's. And Kudo's to GM Andrew for putting together this Awesome team!!!!

Finally went back to this Shake Shack location on a Wednesday...Boy was it crowded...Well I did get there between noon & 1pm lunch time for all the people working in the area.. Due to lack of employees ( I was told) there was only 1 cashier, but she handled the long lines very well..and always with a smile..amazing... I had a ShackDog with all the trimmings and a burger and I was completely satisfied....Add to that the fresh brewed ice team which was very thirst quenching. During this busy time all the employees work fast & furious and had people (including myself) eating in no time!!! Kudo's to this particular Shake Shake which is truly my favorite Shake Shack out of all...

I don't know where to begin. So, here are numbers of problems that I have found from this location. Their pick up line- "What is social distancing" there is no 6ft "social distancing" sign nor employee telling guests about the social distancing. Scheduling- I placed an order online at 5:30pm and set the pick up time to 6pm. Got there on time, checked in with one of the employees who told me to wait for a few minutes. I received a text at 6:10pm telling me the food is ready for pick up. I went to the pick up area and was told that "just because I received a text doesn't mean the food is ready for pickup" and was told to go to the front entrance to check in for my order. Went to the front entrance, manager says all pick ups are in the back and when I told him one of his employees told me to come here, he rudely repeated the same words like a broken record without a single word of apology. Went back to the pick up area for the third time, food is still not ready and 10 minutes later, an employee comes out with the food and what do you know, it's cold. Unprofessional- So I made a complaint and I was told "that's not how it works." What's the point of scheduling a pick up then? Oh and still not a single apology. Food- It's Shake Shack but...
