Harbor Freight — Attraction in Town of Oneonta

I Bought a pair of Sheet metal Sheers from This Store. It was Friday so the 20 % Coupon was in effect like every weekend. I didnt see it in my Phone and The Thin Blonde Cashier was telling me to pay Full price and i had 90 days to get the 20 % coupon? She didnt know to tell me to go on Harbour Freight Database on Google and get the Coupon! None of these people will give you the flier with the coupon! I cant believe how clueless the staff was in The Oneonta Harbour Freight! I never had a bad experience at The Centereach or Bayshore store! This location is an EXTEREMELY POOR and WRECKLESS choice IF:

1. You want all the parts to come in the box (several instances of missing key parts - like tonight, in the middle of a critical job no less. That explains the extra packing tape!!!!) BUYER BEWARE are enjoy putting the junk back in the box to get a refund or prove. It's not worth the hassle.

2. You think the products on the shelf (displays) represent what is available

3. You need quick service

Don't get me wrong, HF can be a lifesaver. BUT, if able and it's critical or time sensitive, take the time you may waste and drive to another HF. The chain is great, but this location needs...

Lots of hardware for almost any type of situation. Whether it's power tools, camping and hunting gear, small electrical, etc.

Sure there are other hardware stores around, but if you're like me and don't need some speciality part, and don't feel like going through 15 endless isles, searching endlessly for what you need then this is definitely where you want to be and need to go.

Customer service is quick and eager to help. Although finding what you need is as easy as I mentioned above.
